Here is the first set of images from our event on Saturday 25 August 2018 taken by William Stuart and Jim Flynn. We are always grateful to all the photographers who allow us to use their images of events – they all have a different take on the track, the cars and the people. As far as I know, William and Jim haven’t been to Forrestburn before so welcome to them and thanks.
In the image above, I imagined that Colin ‘Mad’ McLachlan’s goggles had slipped over his eyes so that the heavy frames obscured his view of the track. It’s quite a remarkable feat to drive the hill in these circumstances but I guess Colin has been here so many times that he can drive it without looking.
