The Chairman of the Club, Rear Admiral Gordon McRobbie has informed us all that the first events of the season are due to take place on 1 March and 29 March 2015. Terrible isn’t it?
He said, “Once again it is the time of year for the car trials – which seem to come round quicker and quicker! If you intend entering, an early response would be greatly appreciated for as you know, our catering staff [Shonah] need to get prepared for the Barbie. Also please note there is no increase in entry fee. Look forward to seeing you at the event.”
So with these succinct words, our Chairman opens yet another season. I will be looking for someone who knows what is going on at a Production Car Trial to write a report on these events for the website.
