I wish to the Eunos Ecosse Track Day at Forrestburn Hillclimb and hereby agree to be bound by the Memorandum of Articles of Association and Byelaws of the Club for the time being. I understand that my details will be held for 21 days and after this period will be shredded or deleted from our filing system. Data Protection Policy Statement. By entering the track day you agree that the Club may retain a record of your personal details as recorded on the entry form. The Club will use your personal details for Club business and if required it will be passed on to the relevant authorities under the Government Track and Trace scheme should a case of COVID-19 be found. We will take all reasonable precautions to protect this information. The Club will not share this information with any third party other than the relevant authorities dealing with the Track and Trace scheme without your consent.
