2018 Speed Championships Finale
The final event of the 2018 Speed season will take place at Kames on Sunday 7 October. Run by the organisers of the Cross Border Speed Championship (XBC) in conjunction with East Ayrshire Car Club, this event is their own Championship closing round, and also the closing event for the Eunos Ecosse MX5 Championship, the Lowlands Speed Championship, and the Scottish Sprint Championship.
With Championship places to be lost and won, this event promises to provide plenty of close-fought action and entertainment.
Competitors from all of these Championships are to be seen regularly at Forrestburn and the XBC organisers would be delighted to welcome all MSCC members to this event at Kames.
MSCC has a strong Classics and Historics contingent, and the XBC October Kames event offers Classes to suit all of these cars, which helps to add to the rich variety of vehicles and the Competitor and Spectator interest that goes with it.
Entries are still open, and the Regs and the online entry system can be accessed from the XBC Web Site. If you don’t already have an XBC account, then there is a simple registration process, and you only have to fill out your details the first time through.
This is also the only Scottish Motorsport event on the Calendar where the organisers guarantee that the sun will be shining . . . . . . . . . . . . . Somewhere !!!
